An Evening at Delilah Las Vegas

For this black-tie incentive event at Delilah inside Wynn Las Vegas, we partnered with Sterling Social and the broader creative team to design a photo experience that felt like a natural extension of the evening rather than a standalone activation. Working alongside R Jack Balthazar, R Lighting, and the venue's existing design elements, we created a portrait environment that blended seamlessly into one of the most sophisticated spaces in Las Vegas.

The event celebrated the top-performing advisors at a major financial firm, and every detail was designed to reflect the exclusivity of the occasion. Rather than introducing a traditional backdrop or branded installation, we carefully integrated furnishings, décor, lighting, and architectural elements already present within the space to create portraits that felt timeless, elegant, and completely unique to the event.

This project highlights one of our favorite challenges: collaborating closely with planners, designers, and production teams to create a photo experience that enhances the overall event design while delivering beautiful images guests are excited to take home.
