The 2023 American Cancer Society Discovery Ball was a standout event, and our production delivered exceptional value for the nonprofit budget.
The task was clear: capture as many photos of the 700 distinguished San Francisco patrons while minimizing expenses.
We managed four distinct photo sets: two for the cocktail reception and two for the afterparty.

We selected sumptuous velvet backdrops that complemented the event's jewel-toned color palette.
During the cocktail hour, we invited guests into our Photo Lounges for group portraits. One of the sets was a special VIP experience for table sponsors to get group shots without a wait.
While guests ate dinner, we moved to the after party location on the stadium floor and set up our afterparty sets. These were 3-panel velvet sets, allowing for large group shots.
