For the first night of this two-day corporate retreat in Palm Springs, the brief was simple: celebrate Cinco de Mayo with color, culture, and joy.

We transformed the Pop Up Studio into a vibrant, immersive world inspired by the colors and crafts of Mexican celebration. The set featured a world of hanging piñatas, creating a three-dimensional environment that guests could step into and explore.

To complete the look, we styled guests with authentic sombreros, playful props, and hand-crafted floral bouquets made from dyed corn husks — a traditional Mexican art form. The result was a lively, interactive photo experience that captured the spirit of the holiday and became one of the most talked-about highlights of the weekend!
