For HBO's Sketch to Screen event, produced by Shannon Warner Events, we created a custom photo experience celebrating the artistry of costume design across eleven HBO productions. Guests were invited to step into a curated collection of wardrobe, accessories, and props inspired by the featured shows before being photographed in our Pop-Up Studio.

One of the project's unique challenges was translating eleven distinct visual worlds into a cohesive guest experience. Drawing inspiration from everything from the contemporary nightlife fashion of Euphoria, Hacks, and The Comeback to the period costumes of The Gilded Age, Welcome to Derry, and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, we assembled a styling collection that felt both recognizable and accessible. Specialty pieces—including vintage-inspired wardrobe, medieval costume elements, and show-specific accessories—allowed guests to playfully engage with the source material while creating portraits that felt entirely their own.

 With only days between confirmation and installation, our Pop-Up Studio proved to be the perfect solution. Its clean, gallery-like aesthetic kept the focus on the guests and their styling while allowing us to deploy a fully realized experience on an accelerated timeline. The result was an interactive activation that celebrated the craft of costume design while giving guests the opportunity to step into the world behind the screen.
